Held 4 times a year, you will be with others working towards similar goals. Form long lasting bonds, lift each other up and share stories.

Week by week the challenge improves your fitness and intensity, releasing daily training, nutrition, mindset and recovery and includes face-to-face access to classes in a Squad environment.

Measurements and Goal Setting are done at the beginning, middle and end of the Challenge to keep you focused on your action plan, and constant communication with members during the Challenge will answer all your questions and share motivation.
